We are fortunate that we are able to perform blood tests at Elliott Hall Medical Centre.

When requesting a blood test - please ensure you have seen a GP or nurse first to get a blood form. Please bring this form with you to your appointment to help the phlebotomist.

Results will be returned to the clinician who requested them (some take 24 hours and others upto 10 days). We will inform you of abnormal results via telephone, post or text. Please ensure your mobile telephone number is uptodate.

Please sign up to online access - where you should be able to see your most recent blood test results with comments from the clinician.

If you  do not have online access - please click here for the forms

Unfortunately due to appointment pressures, we are unable to do blood tests for hospital specialists. There are phlebotomy departments at hospitals that allow for this.
