SCR Data Sharing
The data that will be uploaded to the SCR computer will include information such as your name, date of birth address and NHS number. It will also include your medication list and allergies [if you have any].
Two documents explain what will happen. The first link is to a document the practice has prepared from information given to us and the second is the "official" NHS information leaflet. There are slight differences relating to what information will be uploaded.
